Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) Guidelines for Businesses

Businesses must submit the required business documentation in order to register with the Operator's DLT platform. Businesses must choose a Registered Telemarketer (RTM) and provide them permission to carry out tasks on their behalf.

Businesses must obtain approval from customers (mobile subscribers) via SMS, the web, or mobile apps before uploading them to the DLT platform.

Any entity planning to send a message via the voice gateway and messaging on the DLT platforms must do so.

Telemarketers and end-users must register individually on the DLT platforms.

Header ( Sender ID) registration: Messages are categorized as promotional, transactional, service explicit, or service implicit and are registered accordingly. Each header is assigned a unique Header ID that is interoperable across other DLT platforms. Every header and template on the platform must be registered.

Entities must register all their content templates on the DLT system. Each template is assigned a unique Template ID that is consistently shared across other DLT platforms.
